Three New Programs Added to Coach
1. Say Ahhh!!

Do you know your health numbers and what they mean? Coach Tricia will explain what blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar and BMI (body mass index) are and what they reveal about your health. This five-day program will encourage you to know your numbers and take control of your health with simple lifestyle changes. And it all starts with seeing your doctor for a yearly checkup. Just say, "Ahhh!"

2. Gotta Run

If you've been running regularly for a few months and want to run faster and stronger, this program is for you. Through special speed-building workouts, strength-building circuits and daily stress-beating challenges that will also help you sleep better, this two-week program gives you the tools to run a faster race -- and maybe even shed some pounds if that's your goal.

3. HeadSMART2

On your mark, get set, get going with this intermediate fitness and weight-loss program that in 21 days can help you move you from walking to running. For both men and women, you’ll receive strength-training exercises each week to help you get fitter. Smart nutrition tips are included as well to encourage you to make healthy choices and trim down. And if you’ve ever dreamed of training for a road race, this program will help you get to the starting line!
