Grant Programs & Procedures

The CIGNA Foundation supports charitable efforts in the areas of Health & Well-Being, Community Affairs, Education and Culture. Among the programs offered are:

Targeted Grants. Organizations working in five core concern areas in the field of Health & Well-Being should email FoundationGrants@cigna.com to request a Targeted Grant Introductory Application form. If you haven't already done so, be sure to review the targeted grant process for details before submitting your proposal.

Community Caring. CIGNA employees, retirees and directors who volunteer in their communities should consider applying for a Grants for Givers gift for their volunteer agency.

Matching Gifts. Employees and directors making charitable donations to special education, colleges or cultural organizations should consult "Your CIGNA Life" for further information.
