Jason Sadler

President, Cigna Global Individual

Jason Sadler leads Cigna's Global Individual business segment, which oversees all business strategy and operations for our global individual customer base. This rapidly growing segment of the Cigna Corporation develops and distributes a wide range of health, life and accident insurance products in Asia, Europe and the U.S. with the aim of helping customers improve their health, well-being and sense of security.

Sadler's career spans more than 20 years in the global insurance arena. Prior to joining Cigna in July 2010 as Chief Executive Officer of Cigna International's Global HL&A business, he spent 16 years with HSBC in a variety of leadership roles in the UK, Singapore and Hong Kong. Most recently prior to Cigna, he held the position of Managing Director for HSBC Insurance Limited, leading the insurance business for Hong Kong. He also held management positions with AXA Insurance and Zurich Financial Services in the UK.

Sadler earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from Swansea University in Wales, United Kingdom, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
