Our topic is Exchanges: Where they stand today and what’s to come.

States are at varying stages in the development of their Exchanges, and the Federal government continues to issue guidance. We will provide a quick Exchange refresher along with an update on what’s been happening recently and the opportunity to submit comments to the government. We’ll also discuss the issues on the minds of employers, brokers and consultants as they consider the “pay or play” question. 

Our agenda also includes a legislative and regulatory update, including the latest on:

• Recent court rulings on the individual mandate
• Uniform Benefit Summaries (now called the Summary of Benefits and Coverage)
