If you receive a prompt about macros, please choose "Enable Macros."Cigna New Jersey OAP Rating Model-Version 12.05 effective 1/1/2013 to 3/30/2013 for NEW groups only (XLS)
Opening the files
Please be patient as these files may take a little longer to download than they do to open. Please right-click on the links above and choose "Save Target As" (Microsoft Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As" (Netscape Navigator) to save the rate model to your hard drive.
Your security setting in Microsoft Excel must be set to "Medium" or "Low". If they are set to "High" the macros will not work, which means that none of the features that allow rates to be run will be active.Security Settings in Microsoft Excel
To set your security to "medium".
Close the rate model, if already open. Do not save. Open a blank spreadsheet by opening Microsoft Excel from your Start menu, and selecting "File" then "New". Go to the "Tools" menu and choose "Options".
Depending on the version you have, the security settings may be in different areas.
In Microsoft Excel'97, you'll go to the "General" tab and uncheck "Macro Virus Protection". In later versions, there should be a "Security" tab. On the security tab, look for either a choice between "Low", "Medium" and "High" security, or a button that mentions security or macro settings. If it is a button, click on it and choose "Medium". Once you've changed that setting, click "OK" or until the window goes away. Close and reopen the program to activate the change.
Once the settings have been changed, you can open up the rate model and you will be asked if you want to "Enable" macros. Click "Yes".
