Studies show that nicotine found in cigarettes is highly addictive. While some people can quit smoking cold turkey, others need a little guidance learning how to live their lives tobacco-free. Behavior modification classes are offered valley-wide and will give you the skills necessary to quit successfully.
* Funding - Arizona Smokers' Helpline is a project of the Arizona Tobacco Education and Prevention Program, Arizona Department of Health Services, Division of Public Health Services, through funding from the Tobacco Tax and Health Care Act. Services are provided by the Arizona Program for Nicotine and Tobacco Research.
