Your health and comfort is our number one priority. While we do our best to care for you and your family's needs, if you have questions we want to help you resolve them to your satisfaction. In these instances, our Patient Advocates are here to help.
Our Patient Advocates are here to assist you with:
- Resolving issues or problems with your care
- Helping you when you feel your expectations have not been met
- Filing a complaint, grievance or appeal for you and your family
- Passing along compliments for outstanding care to our staff

Our health care centers have comment cards available for you to leave your thoughts about how we are serving you. If you need help locating a comment card, our staff would be happy to supply one to you.
- Patient satisfaction surveys
You may be randomly selected to receive a survey via email or via phone a few days after your medical appointment to rate the care received during your visit. We hope you will take a couple minutes of your time to complete and return it.
