CIGNA Medical Group (CMG) Urgent Care – When Health Care Can't Wait
In any life-threatening event, always call 911.
We understand that situations come up that are not life-threatening, but need medical attention right away. That's why our Urgent Care Centers are open during evenings, weekends, and on holidays, providing medical services to patients on a walk-in basis – 365 days a year.
Consider using a CMG Urgent Care Center when you:
- Can’t get in to see your physician
- Need medical treatment after your physician’s office has closed
- Need a more convenient time or location to see a health care provider
Our CMG Urgent Care providers have working relationships with other CIGNA Medical Group doctors. This means if you need follow up care and are a CIGNA Medical Group patient, your CMG Urgent Care provider will be able to facilitate that for you.
Examples of services and treatments provided include:
- Minor injuries
- Radiology and laboratory
- Ear infections
- High fever
- Minor burns

- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Stomach pain
- Respiratory problems

If you are experiencing chest pain or head trauma or any of the symptoms listed below, you should immediately seek services from the nearest emergency room or hospital. CMG Urgent Care facilities are not equipped to provide services in these severe situations.
- Loss of consciousness
- Uncontrolled bleeding
- Inability to breathe or severe shortness of breath
- Poisoning or suspected overdose of medication
- Severe burns

- Chest pain or oppressive squeezing sensation in the chest
- Numbness or paralysis of an arm or leg
- Suddenly slurred speech
- Lack of responsiveness
- Seizures
