CIGNA HealthCare has a wide variety of options available to ensure a smooth enrollment process. A CIGNA HealthCare representative will work with you and your clients to customize an enrollment plan that will help employees have the information they need to make good health care decisions.
In addition to traditional onsite enrollment events, CIGNA HealthCare has the following options available to use in conjunction with, or in place of, those traditional events.
- CIGNA Presentation Toolbox

- Train-the-Trainer Session
This turnkey option empowers the client's own human resources staff to conduct enrollment events. It includes plan-design overviews, overheads, and slide presentations available on disc.
- Pre-Enrollment Line
CIGNA offers a pre-enrollment telephone customer service support line, which allows members and non-members to call in with questions regarding their plan offerings.
- Conference Calls and Webcasts
As an alternative to the traditional enrollment meeting, our CIGNA HealthCare sales representatives can schedule a conference call to give presentations and answer your client's questions. Additionally, we can schedule webcasts that supplement the audio material with a presentation.
- Q&A Call In Sessions
Your clients can schedule time to speak with our CIGNA HealthCare sales representatives on the phone for a question-and-answer session.
- Customized Presentations
We can work with you to coordinate the creation of a customized presentation, employing video, Macromedia Flash®, etc. This requires adequate lead time and more expense than the options listed above, so contact your CIGNA HealthCare representative in a timely manner if you wish to consider this option.
