Joe Gregor, President and General Manager
in Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania
Joseph Gregor brings more than 20 years of health
care benefit experience to the position of president
and general manager of CIGNA HealthCare’s
operations in Ohio, Michigan, West Virgina and
Western Pennsylvania.
Gregor
first joined CIGNA in 1981 and has held a variety
of positions in underwriting and sales management
throughout CIGNA's health care and group insurance
businesses. Most recently, he was responsible for
sales and distribution for CIGNA HealthCare in the
Northeast region. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College
and holds a law degree from University of Chicago.
Vincent J. Sobocinski,
President – CIGNA HealthCare of Pennsylvania
and Delaware
Vincent J. Sobocinski, Jr. is president
of CIGNA HealthCare of Pennsylvania and CIGNA HealthCare
of Delaware. In that capacity, he is responsible
for regional sales and customer service, operations
and network/provider management. He also has
oversight responsibility for medical management initiatives
within the region. Mr. Sobocinski has held
various general management and executive sales positions
within CIGNA HealthCare over the past 17 years.
He
is a graduate of Temple University, where he earned
both a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters Degree
in Business Administration from the Temple University
Graduate School of Business. Mr. Sobocinski is
a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of
Heath Underwriters as well as the PEBA Benefits and
Compensation Association. He and he and his family
reside in Montgomery County in Pennsylvania.
