CIGNA Welcomes New Health Advisor Members with Health Advisor Direct ConnectProactive welcome calls being placed to new Health Advisor member households CIGNA HealthCare has launched a new capability called Health Advisor Direct Connect which uses automated phone-based speech recognition outreach calls to proactively connect and engage members with a Health Advisor Coach. The calls reach members live, describe the program, and then transfer members to a live Health Advisor Coach. Improving customer awareness and adoption of the Health Advisor program is critical to improving health and lowering costs.
