1. Employers who want full administration can take advantage of a complete suite of services, including enrollment, billing, beneficiary administration, premium remittance, and more.
2. Those who continue to be self-administered can select from CIGNA’s optional services including beneficiary administration and distribution of conversion or portability notices.

These services are available on our life, personal accident, and disability insurance products for employers with more than 1,000 eligible employees.

With today’s busy lifestyles, employees also appreciate easy-to-use online tools. Our secure web-based tool, CIGNA Trusted AdvisorSM, is designed to help employees access useful information such as plan information to help employees make decisions to protect their health and wealth. Employees can enroll for benefits, make beneficiary designations, make life status changes, complete evidence of insurability for themselves and their spouse, obtain plan-specific information, and much more.
