Shared benefits administration We contract with Taft Hartley trusts and federal employee health benefit plans to share the administration of their self-funded (ASO) plans. For these relationships, we may provide access to the Cigna network, perform medical management and utilization review, re-price claims according to our contracted rates and claims logic, provide clinical appeals management, or provide contract dispute resolution.
