Continuing Members from 2006

Continuing members in CIGNATURE Rx plans, should have received the Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) by October 31st, informing them if a formulary medication they are currently taking is either carrying a different cost sharing or coverage is limited in the upcoming year. Beneficiaries were instructed to work with their doctors to either find an appropriate alternative therapy on our new formulary or request a formulary exception prior to January 1, 2007. If the exception request is approved, we will authorize payment prior to January 1st and provide coverage beginning January 1st.

All affected continuing members have had authorizations preloaded for the 2007 plan year according to the following schedule:

• Non-LTC Members: Authorization is from 1/1/07–2/1/07
  
• LTC Members: Authorization is from 1/1/07–4/1/07
