- Personalized Enrollment Communications–Mailed directly to employees' homes, these materials present coverage options and payroll deduction costs based on their individual situation. Forms are returned to Cigna for processing.
- Online Enrollment–Our innovative online enrollment platforms make it easy for employees to sign up for Cigna and non-Cigna benefits when and where it’s convenient for them—day or night—from any web-enabled computer.
- Online Medical Questions–For employees and spouses, the medical questions are fully integrated into the online enrollment experience allowing some employees to receive an immediate approval upon completion.
- Enrollment Call Center–Licensed voluntary benefits professionals are available by phone to answer questions and provide enrollment support.
- Onsite Meetings–Licensed voluntary benefits professionals are available to provide decision support through group meetings at the employer's worksite.
