Pittsburgh to Philadelphia: Lots of Fun Along the Way
September 13, 2007: A Sunny Afternoon in Claymont, DE
Nearly 300 CIGNA International employees turned out to greet the Health Awareness Tour riders as they passed through Claymont, DE on Thursday afternoon. Team Captain, John, joined the President of CIGNA International Healthcare Benefits to MC the festivities which included raffle prizes for activities such as riding a stationary bicycle, hula "hooping" and jumping rope. In addition, a healthy cooking contest that had been running all week culminated with the announcement of the winners.

September 10, 2007: We get two starting lines...twice the fun!
The Pittsburgh-to-Philadelphia team held a staggered start from two locations in town - the CIGNA HealthCare Health Facilitation Center and the CIGNA Group Insurance office. The Health Facilitation Center provided a breakfast reception for employees, and the Group office hosted a fun-filled employee event that included tricycle and kid's bike races, chair massages, and healthy smoothies. The Tour team then departed the city, cheered on by employees and supporters, making their way to the Claymont (DE) office for their next major employee event. On the way we plan to make a stop at Walt's Café in Huntington, PA.
