How to receive ERAs
- Request the Cigna registration form from your Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) vendor or Post-n-Track®
- Return the completed registration form to the EDI vendor or Post-n-Track
- After your EDI vendor or Post-n-Track sends the completed form to Cigna for processing, we will finalize your registration within 10 business days of receipt
- You may begin receiving an ERA on the next payment cycle
