Compliance Training Tools for Pharmacies

Cigna Medicare Services has developed materials to assist pharmacies with implementation of compliance elements such as training, conflict of interest review, and the exclusion review process. While we are aware you may already have an established processes which include these activities as part of the compliance program within your organization, CMS suggests that some entities, particularly those which may have fewer resources, may appreciate the access to the Sponsor's Medicare compliance training program. These materials are posted on Cigna's Pharmacy website. Please do not duplicate or distribute further without Cigna HealthCare's written consent.
