Listening Instructions

You can listen to the podcast on your computer or download the podcast (mp3 file) and play it on an MP3 player.

To hear the podcast on your computer

1. Click on the podcast topic you are interested in.
2. Click on the headphone or "listen now" link next to the podcast you want to hear.
3. Your default media player will open and the podcast will start to play.

If you are not hearing anything, make sure that your speaker volume is set and your speakers have not been muted.

To download the podcast to your computer

1. Click on the podcast topic you are interested in.
2. Right Click on the round MP3 icon or "Right-click/Download" link next to the podcast you want to hear.
3. A dialog box will open and you select "Save Target as". -- Make sure you remember the directory to which you saved the podcast...

Once the file is saved to your hard drive, you can connect your MP3 device and follow the instructions related to your MP3 device to upload the file to it.
