Francie Brunt's Story

Leading a healthy, smoke-free and active lifestyle, Francie never imagined she would be a breast cancer survivor, or have a positive experience navigating through the medical insurance process.

Thanks to her personal advocate, a Cigna nurse case manager, Francie is thankful for how smoothly and quickly everything proceeded. She was able to focus on staying strong and beating cancer, while the Cigna nurse case manager worked with her doctors to help them "move things along."
