- Live in the service area for the plan
- Be entitled to Medicare Part A, and/or enrolled in Medicare Part B.
- Continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium if not otherwise paid for under Medicaid or by another third party.
You may be able to get Extra Help to pay for your prescription drug premiums and costs as well as get help with other Medicare costs.
People with limited incomes may qualify for Extra Help to pay for their prescription drug costs. If you qualify, Medicare could pay for up to seventy-five (75) percent or more of your drug costs including monthly prescription drug premiums, annual deductibles, and coinsurance. Additionally, those who qualify will not be subject to the coverage gap or a late enrollment penalty. Many people are eligible for these savings and don't even know it.

•Your State Medical Assistance (Medicaid) Office.
Cigna-HealthSpring has formed a network of pharmacies, including pharmacies with preferred cost-sharing. You must use a network pharmacy to access your prescription drug benefits, except under non-routine circumstances, and quantity limitations, and restrictions may apply. If you get drugs from an out-of-network pharmacy, you may pay more than you pay at an in-network pharmacy. You will pay the copay or percent of the cost, plus the difference between the out-of-network pharmacy billed charge and our typical Standard Retail pharmacy billed costs. The pharmacies in our network can change at any time.
Please keep in mind that benefits, formulary (drug list), pharmacy network, premium and/or copays/coinsurance may change on January 1, 2016. Limitations, copays and restrictions may apply.
