Cigna Medicare Rx has formed a network of pharmacies, including preferred pharmacies. You must use a network pharmacy to access your prescription drug benefits, except under non-routine circumstances, and quantity limitations, and restrictions may apply. We will not pay for your prescriptions if you use an out-of-network pharmacy, except in emergency situations for a limited supply only. Cigna Medicare Rx has a list of preferred pharmacies. At these pharmacies, you may get your drugs at a lower copay or coinsurance. You may got to a non-preferred pharmacy, but you may have to pay more for your prescription drugs. The pharmacies in our network can change at any time. Please contact us at 1-855-391-2556 (TTY/TDD users call 711) for additional information.
