You can expect us to be easy to do business with...whether it's in account setup, or administration, or claims management, or delivery of benefits, we've built our program to eliminate hassles and maximize convenience.
Immediately after you sign on with us, we'll assign a dedicated implementation coordinator whose job is to make sure the account is set up properly, smoothly and on time. Our implementation coordinator will:
- develop an implementation schedule and clearly define roles and responsibilities
- thoroughly discuss the employee communication strategy
- confirm the employee eligibility process
- explain how claims handling will work
- verify that everything is properly set up
- deliver policy, certificates and employee-enrollment materials, if needed.
After your program has been set-up, our dedicated account manager will respond to the employer's inquires and proactively reach out to you during the year to find out if you're satisfied with our level of service or if any adjustments need to be made.
Our commitment to fast, thorough claims management benefits you and your employees. While many carriers assign accident and life insurance claims to the same representative, we assign a dedicated Accident Claims Specialist to each claim, a person focused solely on one facet of the business.
The specialist serves as the single point of contact for the employer company. When a claim is reported, our specialist will conduct a thorough investigation before making a claim payment decision. Once the investigation has concluded, our Accident Claims Specialist notifies you and your employee within 24 hours of the claim decision. Approved claim payments are usually made within 10 business day.
