CIGNA Disability insurance product features:
- benefit amounts: $100 to $3,000 per month or higher, but not to exceed 60% of eligible earnings

Cancer Coverage
CIGNA Group Insurance offers both first-diagnosis cancer coverage and indemnity cancer coverage. Both programs offer family coverage, and simplified underwriting and attained-age rates.
First-diagnosis cancer coverage provides:
- a benefit of $10,000 or $25,000 (sponsor choice) when the insured is first diagnosed with any form of cancer except skin cancer; children's benefit is $2,500
- optional wellness benefits from $25 up to $150 for membership in a health spa/fitness center or employer-sponsored wellness program, participation in a smoking-cessation program or screening and testing to detect cancer
- there are no age limits for eligibility or termination
Indemnity cancer coverage provides:
- benefits for inpatient and outpatient treatment for cancer
- choice of waiting periods available

Permanent and total disability provides:
- sponsor-paid coverage for members ages 18 to 69, renewable to age 74

Benefit begins on the 13th month and is payable for up to 100 months.
