CIGNA's Will Preparation Program helps employees protect their assets and secure their family's financial future.

Estate planning professionals estimate that as many as 70 percent of Americans do not have a will ², giving them little control into issues such as what will happen to their assets and any minor children after they die¹. CIGNA now offers a robust website where covered employees and their spouses can create state-specific customized wills and other legal documents. With no additional cost to employers or employees, this program is included automatically with CIGNA’s Group life, accident, and disability coverage.

Contained within a secure environment and easy to use, our Will Center is available to employees 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. At the site, employees have direct access to a Personal Estate Planning web page where they can create, preview, edit, download and print their legal documents for execution. Plus we provide a toll-free number to our telephone representatives who are available to assist employees with any questions.
