Through the Healthy Awards Account® you can offer your employees health and well-being programs that are specific to your culture and needs. These programs are on an employee self-reported basis, for which CIGNA does not audit results. You can create the programs to meet your specific goals while defining the requirements to earn the awards. Below are the award program categories CIGNA offers to fit your needs.

Upon completion of an employer-administered awards program, your employees simply complete an employer-specific online form accessed via myCIGNA.com. Once submitted, your employees receive the award in their Healthy Awards Account.
