Change Your Doctor

If you're a Cigna HealthCare member and you want to change your primary care doctor or a dependent's primary care doctor, here's all you have to do:

1. Search for a new doctor in our online provider directory.
2. Find a new primary care doctor from the results list.
3. Click on "Change Your Physician" link at the end of the description.
4. Complete and submit the "Change PCP" form.

That's it.

Your new Cigna HealthCare ID card will arrive shortly after you submit your request. The change will be effective on the first of the following month. You can change your doctor as often as needed, up to once per month. If you need a more immediate change, please call the Member Services number on your Cigna HealthCare ID card.
