Proof of CIGNATURE Rx Prescription Drug Coverage
There are three valid forms of benefit coverage identification:
- CIGNATURE Rx ID Card
- Completed Enrollment Acknowledgement Letter
- CMS Confirmation Letter
Each of these contain the RxBIN and the RxPCN which are required to transmit claims to Argus Health Systems for claims processing. Please use the following information.

CIGNATURE-Rx members have been instructed to provide one form of benefit identification at the pharmacy to obtain their prescription medication.
If a CIGNATURE-Rx member requests a prescription fill and does not have an ID card or letter, please contact CIGNATURE-Rx Customer Service 1-800-222-6700 to confirm coverage. TTY/TTD users call 1-800-322-1451. CIGNATURE Rx representatives are available 8 a.m.-8 p.m., local time, 7 days a week.
