This plan has our lowest premium and co-payments, but has a deductible for brand drugs only before coverage begins. You want immediate coverage at an affordable cost. This plan has a low premium and no deductible. You want immediate coverage and expanded coverage. Generics are covered even after yearly costs go over $2,400.

After your yearly drug costs reach $2,400 you pay		 100% of discounted drug costs. 100% of discounted drug costs. $4 co-payment for generic drugs and 100% of discounted costs for covered brand drugs.
After Coverage Gap:

After out-of-pocket drug costs reach $3,850 you pay		 5% of covered drug costs * 5% of covered drug costs * 5% of covered drug costs *

* Or you pay a co-payment of $2.15 for generic or a preferred brand that is a multi-source drug and $5.35 for all other drugs if the co-payment amount is greater than 5% of the cost.
