How to register for myCIGNA

  1. Go to the Registration page and enter your date of birth and zip code, and the Member ID number shown on your CIGNATURE Rx membership card.
  2. Please disregard the question about temporary ID and password, which does not apply to you.
  3. Click Register to continue.

Completing the Registration Process

The next screen asks for your demographic and security information. Required fields are marked with an asterisk *, and you must complete them in order to complete your registration.

  • We ask for information about your city of birth and an "identifying question" as part of the system security. This will enable you to change your own password securely.

  • This image details questions which will help if you need to reset your password.
  • Last step is to choose your own user ID and password, with suggestions for how to do that.
  • Do you want to get optional periodic emails from CIGNA HealthCare about your benefits and services, and health and wellness emails from WebMD®? Just type your email address in the space provided, and click the check boxes to tell us what type of information you would like to receive.

Note
The registration screens have both required and optional fields. CIGNATURE Rx members DO NOT need to enter the following information:

  • Temporary ID and password
  • Dependent information
  • As the last step, a new page will ask if you consent to share lab results with WebMD. This does not apply for CIGNATURE Rx: just click No.
