What are my options?
Value Plan — For people who are most concerned with low prescription drug costs. This plan offers our lowest premium and copayments, but has a deductible which you will need to pay before coverage begins.
Plus Plan — For people who want immediate coverage for prescription drugs at an affordable cost. This plan has a low premium, fixed co-payments for most drugs and no deductible - your coverage begins right away.
Complete Plan — For people who want immediate expanded coverage for prescription drugs. This plan has fixed co-payments for most drugs and no deductible - your coverage begins right away - plus coverage for generic drugs even when you are in the coverage gap.
What if I need financial help?
If you are interested in qualifying for extra help with Medicare Prescription Drug Plan costs, please call 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY/TDD users call 1-877-486-2048) 24 hours a day/7 days a week, your State Medicaid office, or Social Security at
1-800-772-1213 (TTY/TDD users call 1-800-325-0778) between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
A member's premium will generally be lower once they receive extra help from Medicare.
The premiums listed on the tables below do not include any Part B premium the member may have to pay.

How do I join?
General open enrollment is from November 15 to December 31, each year. You may qualify for an exception to this enrollment period. Call us to learn more. Following the enrollment and eligibility instructions, below, there are several ways to join CIGNATURE Rx Medicare Prescription Drug Plan:
Option 1: By Phone
Call 1-800-735-1459 (TTY/TDD users call 1-800-322-1210), 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM local time, 7 days a week. Your licensed customer service representative can speak with you and:
- Discuss confidentially your personal prescription drug benefit needs;
- Discuss your potential savings with our three plans;
- Explain how the plans work;
- Help you enroll on the phone;
- Send you information to help you decide
Option 2: By Mail
Select and print the enrollment form.
