The following plans are available to employers who have Medicare-eligible employees or retirees (group plans). Some plans are also offered directly to individuals. They are noted accordingly.

CIGNA Medicare Rx^® (PDP)
Medicare Part D prescription drug plan

• Available to individuals and group plan participants nationwide

CIGNA Medicare Select^® (HMO) and CIGNA Medicare Select Plus Rx^® (HMO) (Arizona only)
Medicare Advantage HMO plans available with or without Part D prescription drug coverage

• Available to individuals and group plan participants in Maricopa County and certain zip codes in the city of Apache Junction, and Queen Creek, Arizona

Medicare Supplement Plans

CIGNA Medicare Expand^®

Medical plans that coordinate benefits with Medicare

• Coordinates with Medicare Part A and Part B
• Can mirror active medical plans
• Medicare remains primary, CIGNA pays as secondary
• Available to group plan participants nationwide

CIGNA Medicare Surround^®

Medical plans that supplement Medicare

• Supplements Medicare Part A and Part B, similar to Medigap coverage
• May include additional benefits not covered by Original Medicare
• Medicare remains primary, CIGNA pays as secondary
• Available to group plan participants nationwide
