CIGNA Choice FundŽ
Health Reimbursement
Account (HRA) |
- SHBP contributes funds to an account that helps you pay for eligible health care and
- prescription expenses.
- Unused money rolls over to the next year if you re-enroll in the HRA.
- Earn additional dollars when you take your Health Assessment and complete your annual preventive examination when enrolled in the Wellness HRA plan.

Open Access Plus
High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) |
- Lower monthly premiums.
- If you cover family members, you must meet the family deductible before benefits are paid for anyone.
- Once you meet your deductible, you pay a percentage of the cost (coinsurance) for your covered
- health care expenses and the plan pays the rest.
- See any licensed doctor you wish though in-network doctors will be less expensive.

- Coverage only when you see network doctors.
- Low annual deductible.
- Once you meet your deductible, you pay a percentage of the cost (coinsurance) for your covered
- health care expenses and the plan pays the rest.
- Pay copays for most office visits.
