When you join a CIGNA Medicare Access plus Rx^® plan, you'll be able to obtain services from any Medicare-approved doctor or medical provider-as long as he or she agrees to CIGNA's terms and conditions.

Contact your doctor to be sure that they accept Medicare and CIGNA’s terms and conditions of payment prior to seeking services from them. We anticipate that most providers will be willing to accept these terms and conditions of payment, since we pay based on terms similar to Original Medicare. Before receiving services from any doctor, show your ID card. It is important that the provider is aware that you have CIGNA Medicare Access plan coverage.

We've provided a simple leaflet to help you talk with your doctor (PDF 121k) about the plan. Simply show your CIGNA ID card every time you receive services.
