Jason Sadler

President, International Health, Cigna Healthcare

Jason Sadler serves as the President of Cigna HealthcareSM International Health business, serving individuals and employers globally. He is a member of The Cigna Group’s Enterprise Leadership Team.

He has expanded the company’s offerings, including the company’s Global Individual Private Medical Insurance business for high-net-worth globally mobile individual employees and retirees. Sadler also successfully led market entry in India and Turkey and directed the acquisition of Zurich Insurance Middle East. Under his leadership, the International Health business has doubled in size over the past six years.

Sadler has more than 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining The Cigna Group in 2010, he spent 16 years with HSBC, most recently as Managing Director, Insurance Business Hong Kong. Prior to this, he held a series of increasingly senior roles at HSBC in North America, South America, and Europe. Before joining HSBC, he worked in the U.K. with Axa Insurance and Zurich Financial Services.

Sadler graduated from Swansea University in the U.K. with a degree in Business Studies (BSc).
