In order to streamline and simplify purchasing activities, Cigna is introducing an online Procure-to-Pay environment. Cigna suppliers are now able to access Ariba, our user-friendly portal, to manage purchasing transactions and communications with Cigna.
This self-service portal will provide suppliers with the ability to:

- Receive electronic purchase orders and submit electronic invoices
- Review the status of receipt and payment transactions with Cigna

Self-Service Education Portal for Cigna Suppliers
The Cigna Supplier Knowledge Hub is an educational portal for suppliers to learn how to set up, manage, and use your Ariba Network account to transact with Cigna. If you are a new user, you will need to create an account* with these simple step-by-step instructions.
*Registering a Cigna Supplier Knowledge Hub account is free and is only for accessing the education portal. After accessing the content within the Cigna Supplier Knowledge Hub, you will still need to register separately with the Ariba Network.
