Supplier Registration Process

Thank you for your interest in becoming a possible supplier/vendor for Cigna.

To get started:

  1. Fill out and submit the registration form
  2. Read and comply with the Cigna Policy Guidelines

What happens next?

If you do not have a supplier/vendor account with Cigna:

  • Our sourcing team will review your registration form and contact you within 10 business days.
  • We will create a supplier profile for your company and a personal user profile for you. You’ll receive an email with login credentials to access your personal user profile.
  • A required follow-up assessment needs to be completed for your supplier profile.
  • After we receive this assessment, your supplier profile will be made available to our sourcing team for consideration for future work.

If you already have a supplier/vendor account with Cigna:

  • Our sourcing team will review your registration form and contact you within 10 business days.
  • The supplier profile for your company will be updated with any new information from your registration form. You may also be asked to complete the supplier follow-up assessment.
  • You’ll receive an email with login credentials to access your personal user profile.
