#2: Know your strengths – no one knows you better than YOU. Highlight your strengths and show how they would match with our organization. Be honest; don’t embellish too much in your interview. Be able to support anything you mention.
#3: Dress for success – you are the focus of the interview. Do not let your appearance deter the interview from your value as a potential employee.
#4: Ask questions – the best leaders are constant learners. Be inquisitive. Learn about us as we learn about you. Ask the proper questions to determine if there is a mutual fit. Don’t be afraid to interview us!
#5: Follow up – send a “Thank You” notification via email, mail or phone to anyone you spoke with while interviewing. Be sure to ask about next steps in the process if not answered in the interview.
