The Operations Leadership Program (OLP), a five-year, three-rotational program, offers a unique opportunity of leadership and professional development for high potential, early career individuals. Opportunities to gain a multitude of experiences and skillsets in Cigna's different service sites and internal organizations help develop well- rounded, forward thinking, and strategic leaders.
Our program guides associates to build their experience and knowledge through assignments that stretch and accelerate their ability to grow functional skills and leadership competencies. These concentrated, rotational experiences prepare associates for roles with increasing levels of scope and responsibility.
