Summer vacation expenses are paid by the company every year.

Gift vouchers are given on New Year’s Day and Chuseok.
Full coverage of health insurance premium
100% of the portion of health insurance premium that an employee should pay is covered by the company.
Performance-based incentive is given in addition to base salary.
Salary maintained during maternity leave
Regular salary for three month is fully paid during maternity leave.
Flexible working hours
Working hours suited to individual’s work-life style can be chosen based on discussion with his/her department head.
Low-interest housing fund loans are offered to employees.
According to the internal policies, up to 30 days of paid sick leave is granted to any employees experiencing injuries or diseases caused by any non-work related reasons.
Employees are subject to medical check-up once a year.
Group life insurance
All employees are subject to group life insurance covering accidents, death, in-patient hospital stay, and out-patient hospital visit.
Expenditures for congratulations and condolences
Monetary and non-monetary gifts for congratulations and condolences are given to employees on events such as wedding, 60th birthday and funeral.
Up to 1 year of childcare leave is allowed for any employees who have a child (or children) younger than 8 years old.
Club activity expenses
Expenditures for club activities relevant to employees’ cultural life are paid by the company.
Awards for long-term serviced employees
Prizes are awarded to employees for 5-year, 10-year, 15-year, 20-year, and 25-year service at the company.
Annual leaves exceeding number of statutory holidays and compensation for unused leaves
Depending on years of service, leaves, ranging from 15 days (in the first year since joining the company) to 35 days, are granted to employees. Compensation is given for unused vacation days, pursuant to the internal policies.
Children’s education expenses
In accordance with the internal policies, education expenses of our employees’ children are partially subsidized by the company.
Outside gym expenditures are partially covered by the company.
