If you currently submit 100 percent of your claims to Cigna on paper, and agree to convert to electronic claims submission, you may be eligible to submit claims electronically for free via MD On-Line. Change Healthcare offers Dental Connect, a web-based application suite that will enable you to electronically submit claims directly to our national clearinghouse for processing, even if you don’t have a practice management system. This can help your dental practice to:

DentalXChange (dental only)
DentalXChange offers an easy, direct-data entry application that allows dental practices with Internet access (with or without a practice management system) to submit claims online. Learn more on the DentalXChange website (dentalxchange.com).
Office Ally offers an online claim data entry tool for providers who have Internet access, but don’t have an EDI-capable system. Through this tool available on officeally.com, you can submit claims electronically to Cigna at no charge.
