Information about the GWH-Cigna Network

As we progress toward integrating the Cigna and GWH-Cigna networks, our goal is to strengthen the networks to offer more choice to our customers.

Please note that the following are separate for each network:

  • Claims addresses and electronic data interchange (EDI) payer identification numbers
  • The process for verifying eligibility and benefits, checking claim status or submitting precertification requests
  • Contractual relationships with ancillary vendors
  • Participant benefits and programs: plan design, health improvement programs and networks

The participant ID card identifies the appropriate channels for submitting claims and contacting us. Always refer to the information on the ID card for claim and contact information. For helpful information about recent changes to ID cards, refer to the Guide to the GWH-Cigna Network. For additional information, continue to use the websites and contacts:
