Blueberry Bananas Overnight Oats

Oats are incredibly nutritious. Try out this great recipe for a quick breakfast or snack that is a good source of carbs and fiber.


  • 1/2 cup Quaker® Oats*
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup banana, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds**


Add Quaker® Oats to your container of choice and pour in milk and vanilla. Add a layer of blueberries and then a layer of banana slices. Top with chia seeds and a drizzle of honey, then place in the refrigerator and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later!


Mix and match any fresh or frozen fruit of your preference, such as peaches, strawberries and raspberries. Customize it to your liking.

*Oats are a whole grain and a good source of soluble fiber.

**Chia seeds contain omega-3 fatty acids, protein, fiber and carbohydrate. When hydrated chia seeds develop a gummy texture that acts like a gel.
