Injecting medicine into the side of the penis at a 90-degree angle

The medicine is injected directly into the left or right side of the penis at a 90-degree angle. This puts the medicine directly into the erectile tissue. The erection can last for 30 minutes or longer depending on how much medicine is used. A very small needle and syringe is used.
