The New Lonely: Today's Loneliness in Children and Adolescents
Our world as we knew it changed drastically when COVID-19 came upon the scene. This created social isolation of epic proportions on a universal scale. This presentation takes us down the path of what changed, what effects these changes have on our youth, and what this new loneliness will look like going forward. Additionally, parents will learn how to assess loneliness in their child and what skills to utilize when loneliness is present.
