MY CHOICE PLAN COST COMPARISON TOOL

If you're not sure which My Choice Plan medical option to choose, this tool makes it easy to see how your estimated costs for this year could compare under both options. While it can't tell you which option is best for you, it can help you understand the cost difference.

Let's get started. Who will you enroll in your Macy's, Inc. medical option?

Be sure to include all your covered family members when answering the questions below.

How much will you pay each month in medical contributions?

Not sure what your medical contribution is? Visit the Benefits section of MyHR on My IN-SITE before your Enrollment Due Date to view your specific medical contributions and to enroll. To calculate your annual contribution, be sure to multiply your medical contribution by 4.3 if you're paid weekly, or by 2 if you're paid semi-monthly.

Enter the monthly medical contributions for the coverage level you've selected.

How Your Benefits Compare

Both options cover in-network preventive care and certain generic preventive prescriptions at 100% and pay 80% once you meet your deductible. The differences are in the deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums.

!

Based on the information you entered, it looks like you can expect to reach your Out-of-Pocket Maximum within the coming Plan year. This maximum acts as a safety net, protecting you from catastrophic expenses. After you reach the maximum, the Plan will pay 100% of eligible expenses for the remainder of the Plan year.
