Proof of Cigna-HealthSpring Rx prescription drug coverage

There are three valid forms of benefit coverage identification:

  • Cigna-HealthSpring Rx ID card*
  • Completed Enrollment Acknowledgement Letter
  • CMS Confirmation Letter
