For the first time, we've surveyed young adults ages 25-34 to learn how they view health care affordability.
Here's what we found:
- When defining health and wellness, aside from absence of sickness, young adults focus on happiness, living their dreams and financial health.
- One in four young adults sacrifice health care for other household needs like food or rent at least once a month.
- Young adults are less likely to see the value of having a health plan.
- Young adults are more likely to use a variety of tools to help improve their health, including wellness programs and digital health apps.
