These studies are based on analyses of Cigna data and help identify those treatments and interventions that have beneficial outcomes for our customers and those that don’t.

Through our survey, we sought to learn how U.S. workers feel about their jobs and better understand how they protect the financial security they enjoy through earning a steady paycheck. The survey results provided us the thought leadership opportunity to talk about:
- U.S. workers’ attitudes about the role of a job in their lives,
- The decisions and actions workers take to protect themselves from injury and illness, and
- A better understanding of workers’ knowledge of benefits and the value they place in their financial health through their actions
