MCRP ROTATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
The Cigna-HealthSpring Managed Care Rotational Program places associates in several locations across the United States. Each unique location offers dynamic experiences in a variety of departments and teams to learn how we manage care while making positive contributions to the business. Associates have the chance to work on cross-functional projects supporting the local markets and the overall Seniors organization. Some rotational opportunities might include:
Help provide resources and expertise to the enterprise and its markets in areas including strategy, business development, network operations, and more.
Be a part of the responsibility for all financial, strategic and market decisions about the facility network.
Contribute to functions such as auditing and closing books, to trend analysis, root cause diagnosis and end user interactions.
Contribute to aligning quality measures, analyzing health outcomes and chronic condition management to better serve our customers and business partners.
Contribute to branding our suite of products for potential and current customers.
Participate in data analysis and report generation for information dissemination across the enterprise.
Work directly with physicians and their office staffs to help create better health outcomes for our customers.
Participate in continuous internal improvement through project management, change management and process engineering.
Lead and support efforts to promote effective drug coverage for our customers.
Participate in year round training, managing and analysis of the sales force for year-end enrollment period.
Develop, implement, and analyze initiatives to increase quality health outcomes for our customers.
